What You'll Do:
* Stay on top of communications: Manage and filter a busy inbox, ensuring updates, queries, and job requests are handled promptly.
* Coordinate projects: Record, update, and track job details in our portal, while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Deliver exceptional service: Liaise with clients and subcontractors to provide status updates, schedule details, and ensure all information is clear and accurate.
* Keep things running smoothly: Handle purchase orders, permits to work, budgets, and other essential documentation.
* Contribute to success: Prepare monthly reports, assist with data input, and provide holiday cover for the team when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Facilities administration experience is essential, and familiarity with systems like Job Logic is a bonus.
* Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
