Royal Voluntary Service has an opportunity available for a Activity Group Coordinator to join our team.You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a salary of £13,623.60 per annum (£22,706 FTE).
The post is Home based with regular travel to various locations across Leeds to deliver groups.
About the Activity Group Coordinator role:
1. Day to day co-ordination of the group provision including but not exclusive to; activity planning and delivery, organising refreshment provision and regular communication with group members and venues.
2. Co-ordination of volunteers, ensuring arrangements are in place for their recruitment and training. Ensuring adequate volunteer support is available at each group. Providing support to volunteers and encourage volunteer involvement within the group delivery.
3. Delivering a high-quality activity plan at groups, in line with best practice, themes of the year and feedback from attendees.
4. Involvement in general administrative duties including regular data entry in RVS Management Information Systems. This includes gathering referral information and evaluation forms from group members.
5. Participate in local Fundraising for Royal Voluntary Service as agreed with Service Manager and Operations Manager.
