Competitive Pay : Start at £11.59 per hour, increasing to £12.53 after 12 weeks of work.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of the admin team, you'll be responsible for:
Data Management : Inputting case details, processing paperwork, and assisting with telephone debt recovery to support court order enforcement.
Decision Making : Taking decisive actions regarding enforcement steps for defaulters.
Customer Correspondence : Answering inquiries, handling customer calls, and coordinating with agencies such as bailiffs, DWP, and employers.
Collaboration : Working with multiple teams and agencies to ensure judicial decisions are enforced efficiently, while offering guidance on court procedures.
General Administration : Managing routine tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, archiving, and handling office communications.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent Communicator : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and external agencies.
Tech-Savvy : Confident using Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience with bespoke government systems is a bonus.
Highly Organised : A detail-oriented approach, capable of staying organised and meeting targets in a high-pressure environment.
Reliable and Adaptable : A flexible team player who can shift between tasks easily and work efficiently under deadlines.
