Renowned for our expertise in both equipment and coffee consumables, we are poised for an exciting phase of growth. To complement our market-leading range of machinery and services, we have recently launched a Caffeine coffee brand designed to complement and elevate Caffeine.
As we embark on this next chapter of expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Coffee Developer and Trainer to take the helm of this new venture. This key position will be instrumental in driving the development and success of our brand, with the opportunity to shape its trajectory during a period of rapid growth. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in coffee development, training, and leadership, with a strong ability to forge relationships and inspire teams.

Job Type
Full-time - Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop products/new blends from source to delivery
2. Achieve or exceed agreed training & coffee targets
3. Prepare and develop training for new and existing customers
4. Prepare and monitor social media action plans and strategies to promote the brand
5. Develop and maintain a customer database
6. Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
7. Make sales calls to new and existing clients
8. Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
9. Maintain training activity records and prepare training reports
10. Respond to training/sales enquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person
11. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
12. Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
13. Participate in sales/trade shows/industry awards
14. Monitor competitors, market conditions and new product development and current trends
15. Represent the brand in competitions
Skills and Abilities
1. Minimum of 1 years’ experience in barista skills and the training of others
2. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
3. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. A genuine passion and interest for coffee and coffee equipment
5. Demonstration of good speciality coffee knowledge
6. Knowledge of digital sales platform and social media
7. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
8. Strong organisational skills
9. Commitment to excellent customer service
10. The ability to prioritise tasks
11. Energetic and dynamic, a great communicator and a good sense of organisation
