An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Administrator within the Nottinghamshire Children’s Safeguarding Partnership.
You will be confident, motivated, enthusiastic and possess the following:
* Proven administrative experience with advanced IT skills, highly competent in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
* Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships
* Analytical skills, able to question, record and extract data, present findings with clarity and suggest solutions where required
* A keen understanding of GDPR
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, but also work on own initiative when required
* The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively, be flexible and meet deadlines
* The ability to organise meetings, take minutes and other associated tasks
This post also provides cover to the child death review administrator. You must be a resilient individual, able to handle potentially distressing information, work to strict deadlines and minute meetings when required.
Nottinghamshire County Council has hybrid working practices and it is anticipated that you will work mainly from home with office working around once per week. There will be some travel as and when required to various locations across the county.
