Job Type: Temp to Perm, Part-Time Working Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm (2 days per week initially) We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients on a temp to perm basis. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a small office environment and will be part of a friendly and down-to-earth team. This part-time role offers the potential to transition into a permanent position with a possible increase to 3 days per week over time, also to increase hours to cover any staff absence / annual leave. Day to Day of the Role: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Maintain and organise office systems, including managing supplies. Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments. Provide assistance to team members and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office. Ensure the office operates smoothly on a daily basis. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an Office Administrator role. Familiarity with Sage software would be desirable. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
