Currently, we have a new opportunity for a technical-minded individual to join our highly collaborative team; someone who will be deploying, supporting and maintaining the current Kinly digital evidence solution, along with supporting the development and delivery of tailored product and solution portfolios for external judicial services and internal EPPE (Electronic Preparation and Presentation of Evidence) services. The ideal candidate must be passionate about quality and service delivery with experience in working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Key responsibilities: · Deploy and maintain the systems and architecture for the Kinly digital evidence solution · Manage day to day technical operations for the Kinly judicial tablet solution · Monitor system performance · Provide support where required in the event of a technical issue · Implement updates and patches as required · Prepare systems for re-deployment between cases · Provide technical support for the Kinly EPPE service · Ensure systems and processes are fully documented · Ensure security of data through each stage of delivery · Assist in maintaining the service and technology standards and roadmaps · Engage in sales activity where required to provide technical input · Prepare and deliver pre-sales documentation as required Skills & experience · Strong technical knowledge of AV & UC technologies and industry trends · Advanced understanding of enterprise networks, including LAN and WAN (CCNA) · In-depth knowledge of encryption services. (GIAC GSEC) · Advanced proficiency in Linux operating systems (administrator level) - (LPIC2) · Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems. (MS Certified Endpoint Administrator) · Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and Apache web services.
