Location: Gloucester
Hours: 42.5 hours: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00) and alternate Saturdays (08:00-13:00)
Salary: £30k

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a knack for maximising service and repair bookings. This role requires someone who can efficiently schedule work, ensure all necessary resources are available, and manage the customer journey from start to finish.
You will take ownership of customer communication, provide updates on repair progress, manage estimates, and secure approval for additional work. This position also involves promoting after-sales services and ensuring workshop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
* Maintain and optimise workshop schedules.
* Regularly update customers on the progress of their vehicles.
* Book customer appointments aligned with workshop capacity.
* Prepare accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and related documents.
* Explain completed work to customers, identifying opportunities for additional services.
* Handle warranty job cards in compliance with manufacturer policies.
* Collaborate with the Parts Department to ensure parts availability.
