We are looking for a Regional HR Partner to support the Director of People and Head of HR to provide a professional, consistent and effective HR service to all GLT Schools, staff and stakeholders. This role will be supporting a group of schools within the Sutton / Outer London area whilst also leading on the delivery of key HR projects, with an emphasis on learning and development, as part of the wider GLT HR team. The role will require the provision of strategic advice and guidance on a range of HR issues.

You will need:
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Substantial experience in a senior HR / Generalist role
Strong employment law knowledge
L&D Experience
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills
Line management experience would be an advantage but not essential
