In this role, you’ll lead energetic onboarding sessions, deliver engaging training, and help foster a collaborative workplace. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct lively onboarding sessions covering key products, systems, and processes
* Provide hands-on coaching and support for personal and professional growth
* Develop and update digital and in-person learning content, from workshops to e-learning
* Track progress through training metrics and feedback
* Keep up with industry trends and share fresh ideas with the team

Requirements:
* A strong communicator with an ability to inspire and energise others
* At least 1 year in a training or coaching role, comfortable presenting to groups
* Skilled at adapting content to fit diverse learning styles
* Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
