We have an excellent opportunity for a support worker to work alongside a young man in his 20s with complex needs, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, mobility challenges (uses a wheelchair), and very mild challenging behavior. He lives at home with his mother and her partner, enjoys an active social life, and attends church.
The successful candidate will ideally be male but can be female, have experience working with complex needs, hold a full UK driving license, and possess strong communication skills. The ability to engage with the client and build a supportive relationship is essential.
Pay: £14.70 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week over five days, including 12 or 24-hour shifts with sleeping nights, required seven days a week
