Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the Company Director, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Organising and maintaining files, records, and documents.
* Assisting with data entry, report preparation, and general office tasks.
* Coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and diary management.
* Handling confidential information with discretion.
* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience is essential.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
