What is the job?
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll ensure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day at work – creating a haven for them to escape and relax in or get a bit of last-minute work done.

Up to £12.02 per hour, dependent on age

About The Role
Your day to day
* Ensure rooms are always at their best and special for guests.
* Assist guests with requests (e.g., toothbrushes or directions).
* Keep your manager updated on room service progress and alert them to any repairs needed.
* Follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed.
* Organize supplies and amenities, minimizing waste.
* Log any lost and found property.
* Wear your uniform and name badge with pride.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
* Assist with deep cleaning projects.
* Attend all relevant training.

Desired Criteria
* Experience within a Housekeeping Role or Cleaning role.
* Experience within the Hospitality, care provider or retail sectors.

* High standards of Attention to Detail.
* Strong Time Management skills and flexible with regards to working hours.
