About the role Title: Operations Assistant Role: Full time, permanent Location: Wrexham, hybrid Salary: up to £25K per annum depending on experience Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, excellent culture, pension, life assurance, free parking, plus more Key Responsibilities: Work closely with senior team members to deliver insightful and accurate presentations to clients. Manage tactical activities within the Insights team, ensuring smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing. Curate and compile data into meaningful client-facing reports and presentations, using PowerPoint and Excel. Drive continuous improvements in the way client data is presented and ensure timely and effective feedback across teams. Support the CEO in managing their diary for Data Insight meetings, optimising time and priorities. Proactively contribute to evolving the Insight product to remain relevant in the post-COVID workplace landscape. Requirements Skills & Qualifications: Minimum one years’ experience in administration Strong analytical skills and a natural ability to identify data trends and insights. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring 100% accuracy in all deliverables. Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, adaptable communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and clients.
