This role is a catalyst for excellence in Accounts Receivable (AR), inspiring the team by setting a high standard in performance and process improvement. As a pivotal contributor to the business strategy, this position ensures AR operations are seamlessly aligned with organizational goals, delivering measurable value and impact. Provide accurate data on customer accounts and debt status. Process invoices and disputes for timely cash collection. Manage statement reconciliations. Meet performance targets and resolve customer payment queries effectively. Support AR leadership in prioritizing and overseeing daily operations. Communicate account status changes to customers to ensure payment continuity. Ensure accounts are processed and paid on time, complying with company policies, regulations, and local legislation. Handle escalated incidents and assist in internal and external audits. Maintain AR competence and attend daily SSC check-ins. Collaborate with the AR & Master Data Manager on training documents and team development. Drive continuous improvement and inspire the team to meet AR goals. Demonstrate strong ethics, proactive communication, and relationship-building skills. Make decisive, accountable actions under challenging conditions to uphold departmental excellence. Equivalent experience or relevant role expertise. Proven ability to deliver services in complex business contexts. Foster strong relationships with the AR & Master Data Manager, AR team, and Shared Service department to enhance collaboration and understanding. Uphold a professional image, promoting positive relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers. Support the AR Manager by assisting with training, guidance, and conflict resolution. Collaborate as part of a unified team, encouraging ownership and shared success. Motivate peers to achieve goals and pursue excellence.
