The post of SAGE Director is demanding but interesting. You will manage a small team delivering therapeutic horticulture, arts and crafts and women-only singing groups for people with mental health issues. We have a large allotment from which we offer opportunities to take part in gardening, nature-related arts and crafts, as well as our separate singing group. Our activities are designed to support people through engaging with creative activities, connection with nature, and finding a sense of community and belonging. The Director is responsible for all aspects of managing SAGE, including governance, finance and fundraising, and connecting with other organisations. The scope of the post is recognised to be wide, and the Director will work with the well-established board of trustees to set priorities and ensure that SAGE fulfils responsibilities to our group members, staff and volunteers, and to funders and Charity regulators. 25 days holiday, plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata for 22.5 hours), plus a 10% pension contribution
