Private Client Lawyer
A leading law firm has a requirement for a Private Client Lawyer to join their Private Client Team in Cardiff.

The Role
This Private Client Lawyer role is an opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in the Private Client department on a full-time basis.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Advising clients on all aspects of Private Client matters including, but not limited to:
2. Wills including providing appropriate tax and estate planning advice;
3. Administering estates including taxable and non-taxable estates and applying appropriate tax reliefs and providing advice regarding post-death planning;
4. The creation and registration (where appropriate) of different Powers of Attorney;
5. The creation and administration of lifetime trusts including Compensation Protection Trusts.
Skills/Competencies required:
1. Non-contentious Private Client knowledge;
2. Excellent organisational skills;
3. Excellent communication skills;
4. A proactive approach to your work and a willingness and ability to use your own initiative;
5. Ability to work to deadlines;
6. Ability to remain calm under pressure;
7. Ambitious and keen to take on new challenges and projects if required.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who is personable, self-motivated, adaptable, and has experience of non-contentious Private Client work.
Salary dependent upon experience.
