Technical Customer Service Advisor
Location: Exeter, commutable from Sidmouth, Honiton, Crediton, Tiverton and surrounding areas
Salary: £25,000-£27,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30-5pm

Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with customers, clients, and Engineers to resolve technical issues.
2. Providing technical support on calls and emails to customers.
3. Supporting Management with a variety of duties.
4. Full training provided.
The Person:
1. Customer Service Administrator / Advisor / Support Coordinator or similar background considered.
2. Candidates with a practical background or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
3. Able to work with IT/Company Internal Systems.
4. Ex-Forces candidates are encouraged to apply and will be offered training.
