Here at Vertu Motors we have a great opportunity for a CRM Automation Manager to join our central marketing team in Gateshead. This is a full time permanent role with a salary up to £35,000 with hybrid working available. We are looking for a technically minded and passionate individual to take CRM automation to the next level. As a CRM manager (automation) you will be the driving force behind the effectiveness of our multi-channel customer journeys across CRM. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product and Retail, to identify opportunities for automation. The role is suited to someone who thrives to solve problems and in doing so delivers results. You will work alongside the Senior manager and Data manager to leverage the customer data platform to develop and execute successful automated journeys to achieve business objectives; improving efficiencies, customer experience, and retention through personalisation. You should be data-driven, providing actionable insight and performance improvements to optimise customer engagement and retention. We are looking for a tech savvy manager who is proficient in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Accountable For: Improving current CRM processes through automation. Developing and executing multi-channel automated journeys aligned to business objectives. Support the implementation of SMS into Iterable. Analysing customer data, leading segmentation and targeting strategies. Measurement of the effectiveness of all automated journeys - utilising A/B split tests, drawing actionable insight and sharing learnings with the team. Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies through automation, personalisation and new MarTech functionalities. Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated journeys achieve company objectives. Supporting the CRM functions in all areas; Retail and Data. Stay up to date on industry trends, working closely with the Design Studio to optimise email engagement. Develop clear documentation, change and best practise processes.
