Hours: Temporary assignment for 2 months, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We're looking for a skilled Secretary to join our established client's Employment Relations Team, providing essential support to the team based in Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and productive team and gain valuable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide efficient diary management and prioritise internal and external appointments.
· Handle correspondence, preparing reports, statements, and other documentation to meet deadlines.
· Organise travel arrangements
· Communicate effectively with members, addressing enquiries and advising on procedures.
· Arrange meetings and ensure follow-ups.
· Case Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files.
· Assist in organising engagement, meetings, and recruitment events.
You will have:
· Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
· Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in handling case management and confidential information.
· A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, able to use your initiative when needed.
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide cover and support where necessary.
