They have recently implemented a new system, Workday so would ideally be looking for someone who has knowledge of this database. Salary - £25k per annum Location - Retford Duration - Ongoing temp - potential to go permanent Hybrid working - one day a week in the office after training is completed Main Duties will include: Be part of a team who are the first point of contact for handling all People Services queries and administration Carry out all new starter administration, including offer letters, contracts and set up on the People system Issuing of all onboarding information to new starters Maintain employee files / records associated with personal records, ensuring that these meet Company, legislative and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with the Payroll Services team regarding the notification of new starters, leavers, and variations to contract, in accordance with monthly payroll deadlines, and generating any associated individual correspondence. Be responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of data on the People system (Workday).
