This position is an integral role to the business, with autonomy and responsibility for company administrative & office supply needs. Working closely with the Account Management team and remote Office Manager, this role offers an opportunity for an all-round administrator to contribute to operational efficiency and support the successful team as it continues to grow.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure efficient business administration, including support with purchase orders, estimates, and invoices from suppliers.
2. Develop, maintain, and update the company filing system and databases.
3. Answer telephone calls and respond to requests for information via phone and email when the Office Manager is unavailable.
4. Act as an ambassador for the brand, building good relationships with clients and suppliers.
5. Handle logistics administration tasks, including shipping, transport, and travel arrangements.
6. Manage diary and office calendar effectively.
7. Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing appropriate office systems.
8. Oversee meeting room bookings and greet visitors.
9. Organise office operations and procedures, including supplies management.
10. Ensure the office remains tidy and orderly.
11. Manage staff logistics such as holiday requests and sickness records.
12. Address concerns and complaints promptly, liaising with senior team members.
