Job Summary:
To support the Branch Manager and the Sales team in maximizing residential and commercial sales. To provide a positive and professional service to buyers and investors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conducting viewings of residential and commercial properties and rental properties.
2. Valuations and vendor contact.
3. Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
4. Ensuring files are kept up to date and compliant.
5. General administration duties.
6. Preparing sales packs and brochures.
7. Includes weekend working; flexibility is a must.
Reporting To: The Branch Manager, Guildcrest Estates
Qualifications and Skills:
1. 2 – 3 years estate agency experience.
2. Local knowledge preferred.
3. Full clean driving license.
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum of £32k - £36k dependent on experience. Not commission based.
Full-time 37.5 hours, a permanent position.
Includes weekend working; working hours may vary; flexibility is a must.
Based in the Manston Head Office, Westwood Cross Satellite Office and future branches.
Immediate start.
