Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will support the purchasing process and assist with key operational tasks, including:
Timely and accurate processing of purchase orders.
Efficient processing of invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies and proper documentation.
Reconciliation of discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and received goods.
Maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth transactions.
Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and minimize errors.
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and analyses as required.
Responding to inquiries from suppliers, internal stakeholders, and team members.
Providing administrative support to the business support function as needed.
