A resource for staff, advising on national, local and Trust policy and procedures/guidelines, ensuring that clinical governance is embedded in practice. Formulate protocols/policies and clinical guidelines in liaison with the Clinical Leads for sepsis Work alongside the information team to develop and adapt assessment and reporting tools such as dashboards. Participate in the achievement of local and national CQUINS in conjunction with identified leads Liaise with performance and information team to provide clinical assurance/validation for internal and external data. Lead or participate in sepsis steering group meetings Training & Education Lead and present the training agenda for sepsis Initiate and undertake research and audit which will influence practice Attend and present at appropriate conferences.
