4. Ensure financial and reporting systems comply with internal and external policies.
Essential Skills:
5. Proven experience in a similar financial analyst role.
6. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial appraisals.
7. Expertise in financial reporting and compliance.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
9. Experience in the hospitality or events industry.
10. Knowledge of charitable organisations and their operations.
11. Familiarity with Rezlynx and Intacct systems.
