Supplier andPurchasing
1. Agreeing Rates & Capturing cost
2. Raising purchase orders following the correct process

4. Completing Sub Contractor Labour Monitoring Forms
5. Finding new suppliers and reviewing current suppliers
Customer Service Administration
6. Responsible for the checking of Work Information Sheet before issuing and on receipt
7. Responsible for ensuring Carton Deposits are received
Reporting
8. Completing of accruals for review
Sales
9. Advising of availability and suggested pricing of resources
10. Offering advice on delivery of products
Operational Management
11. Coordination of day to day activities
12. Assigning appropriate resources
13. Seeking operational efficiencies through effective resource management
14. Confirming start times and details of work with clients and operatives
15. Completing briefings and debriefings with operatives
16. Liaising with warehouse operatives to coordinates any associated activities
People Management
17. Ensure that all employees are trained todeliver the best service in the safest most efficient way
18. Develop employees so that the resourcemeets the requirements of the business
19. Develop and lead the team to worktogether and support each other
20. Performance management of the team withregular, quality supervision and twice-yearly assessments
21. Deal with all employment relations withinthe branch referring to HR where necessary
22. Champion the company’s policies andprocedures and promote compliance
23. Ensure that all reportees’ understand anddeliver excellent customer service
Additional Roles
24. Maintaining constant observation of all vehicles, ensuring all comply with transport legislation.
25. Be responsible for the team you supervise, and monitor all driving hours, making sure all colleagues follow company rules and legislation and that all crews are briefed and debriefed before and after each installation.
26. Communicate between clients and removal crews to confirm time frames and to assign teams of the specified quantity and quality.
27. Coordinate with the Brand Leader to ensure the branch is run in the most efficient and profitable way.
Role andResponsibilities
28. You must be an excellent communicator and will be experienced in managing people.
29. You must be able to motivate a team and promote team working.
30. Responsible for the daily operations diary, allocating resources, briefing the team members for their daily activities, booking external resources/labour, issuing equipment.
31. Responsible for Health & Safety and compliance - collecting daily defect sheets, daily equipment checklists, weekly tachograph submissions, ensuring all PPE is correct and adequate training provided.
32. "Operations Procedure" - making sure timesheets are completed correctly and checked, monitoring hours to ensure compliance with our legal obligations.
33. Responsibility for ensuring maximum operating profitability in line with company budgets.
34. Support the businesses business development and client management efforts as required.
35. Work closely with all clients and conduct customer visits both before and after completion of the installation to ensure exceptional quality of service and implement service improvements where opportunities arise in the future.
36. Support all branch administration duties and customer interface.
