Sales Support - Aesthetics
The role assists and supports the front line clinical sales managers and helps retain and grow customer accounts through marketing and administrative support for the business and customers to attract more clients.

We are the medical aesthetics company that brings dermatology to aesthetics with a strong medical and scientific background. We need strong sales and relationship excellence to support the busy office and marketing team.
The Role:
The successful candidates will become part of an office team supporting clinical sales and training activity in the field with hundreds of medical aesthetic practices. SkinMed trains and supplies medically proven skin solutions for pigmentation, aging, hydration, acne, rosacea, skin damage, and more.
We have been a highly respected player in this market since 2001, and we need to expand the sales support function to strengthen relationships with existing customers, build increased levels of loyalty, promote SkinMed protocols, and assist clinics in bringing new clients through their doors. The customer base ranges from national chains to medically-led practices with multiple practitioners to single-handed nurse practitioners and dentists.
Package: (Once transitioned to Permanent post 12 weeks)
1. Basic Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per year.
2. Bonus scheme - To be confirmed at Interview.
3. Performance bonus - To be confirmed at Interview.
4. Yearly bonus - To be confirmed at Interview.
5. Full time: 35 hours per week.
6. Working Hours: 09:00 am - 17:00 pm.
7. Holidays: 21 days holiday plus bank holidays; an additional day each year up to 28.
8. Extended paid leave over Christmas.
9. Pension Scheme.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate would need a passion for skin, beauty, and delivering blemish-free, smooth, wrinkle-free skin. Professional telephone skills and relationship strategy skills are essential. Knowledge of science, biology, and some chemistry would be an asset. Good organizational skills and experience in following Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring delivery of marketing messages, and documenting accurately and succinctly the outcomes of calls while increasing sales and setting objectives for future calls are skills we will be looking for.
As part of our flexible working, we can agree, where possible, to link to your office computer and phone from home to facilitate remote working at times. However, please be aware that this is wholly defined as an 'office-based job' in a COVID-secure environment.
Preferred Experience:
1. Professional Telephone Account Management - 1 year (required).
2. Admin Skills with WordPress, Shopify, Microsoft, ZOOM - not essential but need to have aptitude.
