We’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team and support the Office Manager with all aspects of the accounts function. What You’ll Be Doing: Processing supplier orders & invoices – ensuring accuracy in quantities & pricing Managing expense claims & preparing weekly payment runs Liaising with managers & suppliers to ensure timely payments Maintaining accurate records & housekeeping of accounting systems General administration & filing to support smooth operations What We’re Looking For: Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Excellent communication & telephone manner Highly organised with great attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks & meet deadlines Previous experience in an accounts department preferred What’s in It for You?
