Job Title: Interim HR Team Members
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced HR professionals to join our client's team on an initial 3-month contract. The roles will involve providing HR support and guidance to the organisation, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support and guidance to the organisation, including employee relations, recruitment, and HR systems
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business success
* Work closely with the HR team to ensure effective communication and collaboration
* Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers
* Stay up-to-date with relevant HR legislation and best practices
Requirements:
* Experience in a unionised environment (public sector)
* Strong employee relations background
* Ability to commute to Warwickshire 3 days per week
* CIPD qualified (preferred)
* Excellent IT skills
