About the Role:
Our London-based Customer Contact Week (CCW Europe) division is recruiting for a commercially savvy Digital Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their market-leading events and media business to take ownership of the European Digital Practice. This role is a unique opportunity for an ambitious high performer to take the next step in their career, working alongside our Analyst team to develop their skills in both Digital Sales and portfolio management. Reporting to the Sponsorship Sales Director, you’ll be working with plenty of autonomy to cross-sell digital assets to our existing event sponsors whilst also sourcing your own new business through strategic and methodical engagement with the wider community. Your role will be to support the businesses aggressive growth strategy, leveraging your new business to help us scale our digital business and with it your ongoing career opportunity. In the medium-term, you’ll have the opportunity to take increasing commercial ownership of the Digital Practice, utilising your market insight to influence our content and its integration with our events business. This is an exciting opportunity with plenty of scope for the right person to be part of an ambitious and rapidly growing business.

Core Digital Sponsorship Manager Responsibilities:
* Strategic planning to identify market opportunities and compelling commercial reasoning to ensure effective tailored prospecting across the digital portfolio.
* Engage with senior executives to understand their go-to-market objectives and business challenges to provide a detailed business case for sponsorship of our digital assets.
* Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management - whilst maintaining a strong emphasis on securing new business, also engage with existing event sponsors to fully utilise the breadth of CCW Europe’s services.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting to provide sponsors with campaign updates and data insights to ensure a strong compelling ROI for repeat investment.
* Fully versed in CX Industry Trends and market opportunities to ensure credibility when client facing and to drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
* Travel domestically and internationally at our events to represent CCW Europe Digital and support an outstanding customer experience.

* A minimum of 18 months sales experience.
