This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with B2B telesales, account management and Supervisory/Team Leader experience to join a forward-thinking and transparent organisation undergoing team growth and a strategic transformation. In this Deputy Team Leader role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 7 Telesales Account Managers whilst still being hands-on with the account management side of the role. Your bonus will be pro-rata'd fairly by the amount of time sacrificed on leading your team in comparison to the time spent actively pursuing new and existing business. You'll need to navigate a range of stakeholders - from gatekeepers to local authorities to headteachers - with the ability to identify opportunities, build a pipeline, and be confident in handling any queries within the team. An ability to understand legislative frameworks plus a commitment to your personal brand and reputation are key. This business champions flexibility, offering remote working with an organic in-office presence based on individual preferences. As long as you're within a two-hour commute, you'll have the autonomy to decide when to collaborate in person.
