SLC now have an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Analyst to join our team. The Project Management Analyst (PMA) plays a crucial role in the core centralised Enterprise PMO function, supporting the effective delivery, coordination, and governance of projects and programmes across the Student Loans Company’s Change Portfolio. Reporting to the Enterprise Portfolio and Resource Manager and operating at the heart of the portfolio, the PMA provides administrative and analytical support and ensures that standards are maintained, data is accurate and timely, and that delivery teams are equipped with the tools, reporting, and guidance needed to succeed. The successful candidate will act as a key enabler of portfolio assurance and decision-making, helping to drive consistency, visibility, and control across all change activity and can be assigned to the Projects Support Service Team, Business Change or Lean Centre of Excellence SLC offer a blended working model which will typically be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. What you bring: Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practices. Experience in portfolio management, including prioritisation, alignment with strategic objectives and performance analysis. Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement. Proven ability to identify and address project-related issues and challenges in a proactive and timely manner. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Education reqs: e.g. bachelor’s degree in a related field or similar experience. Track record of successful process improvement initiatives.
