A highly regarded mental health care provider is looking for an Area & Quality Assurance Manager (AQAM) to oversee and drive excellence across multiple residential and supported living services in Kent, Medway, East Sussex, and West Sussex. Salary: Circa £60,000 up to £7,400 in bonuses Location: Multi-site role (Kent, Medway, East Sussex, West Sussex) Benefits: Private Health Insurance, Pension, Laptop & More The Role As AQAM, you will: Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across all services Conduct detailed service-wide audits every six months Lead and manage six Service Managers, ensuring high standards Drive occupancy growth and business development What Were Looking For Level 5 QCF (or equivalent) and 3 years managing CQC-registered services Experience overseeing multiple CQC services and delivering Good ratings Strong leadership skills and experience managing Registered Managers Knowledge of CQC regulations, DoLS, Adult Protection, and SOVA Experience in residential care, ideally within mental health services Full UK Driving License and strong business development skills Why Apply?
