Job Role: Store Manager, Crawley
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Salary: £30,500 + Bonus
Shift pattern: Mixed shifts patterns, 5 days out of 7, one late shift per week, 3 out of 4 Saturdays and at least one Sunday per month
If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

Role Overview:
As a Store Manager, you will run the venue, carrying out all admin and customer service duties to ensure the venue meets our high professional standards. Excellent customer service skills are essential, with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience and 1 year in a management role required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with Area Management to ensure the venue meets its KPIs.
* Recruiting for the venue.
* Delegating and supporting staff in their daily tasks.
* Encouraging and driving business day to day.
* Key holder duties (opening or closing the venue).
* Liaising with HR.
* Completing probation and return to work meetings where necessary.
By delivering excellent customer service, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of our venue.
