About the Role Sytner Group has a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our management team at Porsche Centre Chester. This is a unique chance for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager. Working closely with the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, developing, and inspiring the sales team. Your leadership will provide the structure, confidence, and motivation needed to maximise both individual and team performance, driving success across the department. In this role, you will oversee Sales Executives, monitor their performance, and lead daily sales meetings, ensuring continuous mentoring and support. This is a full-time position, which includes alternate Saturdays, allowing us to maintain the highest level of service for our customers.
