A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Additional qualifications in special education or related fields would be beneficial.
Prior experience working with students with SEN needs is highly desirable. Experience in a classroom setting or educational environment will be advantageous.

You will be working in an alternative provision in a mainstream school, primarily within a classroom setting. The role may involve providing one-on-one support to students, assisting with group activities, and collaborating with teachers and other support staff. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the varying needs of students are essential.
