The responsibilities of the role focus on support and leadership for the curriculum area, ensuring consistently effective teaching and learning that leads to excellent outcomes for our students. The postholder will engage in collaborative leadership designed to secure the achievement of the College’s strategic priorities.
The right candidate will also have demonstrable experience in managing exceptional standards of teaching, learning, and assessment for learners, supporting them to achieve at the highest possible levels and progress. A proven track record in excellent teaching and learning, particularly in Health, Sport, or a similar area, is essential.
Our fantastic campus is in the heart of Old Coulsdon with exceptional facilities, creating a state-of-the-art learning and working environment.
