Band 8b - Clinical Psychologist - Yorkshire Pulse are currently looking for an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist to join our fantastic private older adults support team in Leeds, Yorkshire. This vacancy is available to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis for a period of 3 months. The Psychologist in the post will need experience working with a wide variety and severity of client groups & clinical problems in various settings, including maintaining a high degree of professionalism in the face of highly dynamic and distressing issues. The successful psychologist will provide assessment, formulation, and interventions for service users with complex mental health and forensic needs - Working as part of an MDT to provide high-quality assessment and intervention to service users. To be considered for this role, you must: Hold a relevant qualification at the doctorate level Be HCPC Registered Have experience working within a similar setting Have strong communication and listening skills Skilled in the use of complex methods of psychological assessment, intervention and management. Supervisor training, to be a supervisor of doctoral programme clinical psychologist trainees or willing to undertake training. Why Pulse?
