They are looking for a full time HR Advisor position.
Job Description
* Facilitate the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
* Respond to employees' queries about HR-related issues and provide support.
* Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
* Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
* Organise quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
* Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
* Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organise a job fair event).
* Collaborate with the department's staff to facilitate the team's operations.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience working in a HR role
* Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
* Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
* Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Aptitude in problem-solving.
* Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
* Can commute to Derby.
