Job summary We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our Community Nursing teams in the Durham and Derwentside localities. The teams provide a service between the hours of 8am and 9pm 7 days a week on a duty roster. The role involves providing holistic nursing care to adult patients in their own home or residential care setting. Successful applicants will be required to hold a first level nursing registration with the NMC, additional training specific to the role can be provided.
