About the Role:
We are hiring for an Lead Systems Verification Engineer who will be playing a pivotal role in developing an entirely new business jet electrical power distribution system.
You will be leading verification activities, ensuring safety-critical systems are designed and tested to the highest standards whilst utilising your technical skills to drive through any and all technical problems faced throughout the delivery.
You will also be contributing to Safety of Flight and Certification verification activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the verification of cutting-edge electrical power systems, including troubleshooting and testing in lab environments.
* Manage system requirements, interfaces, and design baselines.
* Drive validation and verification activities, ensuring robust and high-quality solutions.
* Collaborate with technical leads, software, hardware, and test teams to integrate design modifications.
* Participate in technical reviews with internal stakeholders and customers.
Desired Experience:
* Degree or HND in Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Background in aviation, automotive, or similar industries with embedded systems development (e.g., ARP4754A compliance).
* Proficiency in systems design lifecycle, requirements management, and verification strategies.
* Hands-on experience with testing facilities and high-power environments.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
Security Clearance:
This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which must be maintained.
