Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive or private individual in Saffron Walden. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.
2. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
3. Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
4. Organising travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
5. Preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required.
6. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
7. Managing personal and household tasks if required.
8. Handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work independently and use initiative.
6. Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive attitude.
