We are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy team based in our Mallusk office.
Responsibilities
As the Recruitment Coordinator you will demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in delivering the recruitment lifecycle.
The Recruitment Coordinator will work collaboratively with the HR team and Hiring Managers to deliver a high-quality recruitment service.
The key responsibilities within the role of Recruitment Coordinator will include;
* Managing end to end recruitment activities
* Create attractive and engaging job adverts and advertise across all external platforms
* Review all applications in a timely manner and provide a shortlist of potential candidates
* Complete detailed telescreens with all relevant candidates to assess suitability for the role, relevant skills and experience and company fit based on our company values
* Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to source new talent
* Create talent pools and regular resource maps for each new role, department and locations
* Provide Hiring Managers with regular updates and progress reports on each role to ensure they are informed at all times
* Create engaging LinkedIn posts to increase reach and promote the brand and current opportunities
* Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates on the status of their application
* Effective offer management for all disciplines
* Regularly updating our internal applicant tracking system with detailed notes and feedback following all interviews
* Act as the point of contact for recruitment queries and provide support to the wider team
* Build strong working relationships with all Hiring Managers
* Facilitate right to work checks for all successful candidates
* Complete monthly FEC reporting
* Support with collating information for monthly reporting
* Attend external recruitment events to support and promote the business and brand
Essential
* Prior experience within a similar role
* Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality of work
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative
* Confident communicator
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel
