We are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy team based in our Mallusk office. Responsibilities As the Recruitment Coordinator you will demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in delivering the recruitment lifecycle. The Recruitment Coordinator will work collaboratively with the HR team and Hiring Managers to deliver a high-quality recruitment service. The key responsibilities within the role of Recruitment Coordinator will include; Managing end to end recruitment activities Create attractive and engaging job adverts and advertise across all external platforms Review all applications in a timely manner and provide a shortlist of potential candidates Complete detailed telescreens with all relevant candidates to assess suitability for the role, relevant skills and experience and company fit based on our company values Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to source new talent Create talent pools and regular resource maps for each new role, department and locations Provide Hiring Managers with regular updates and progress reports on each role to ensure they are informed at all times Create engaging LinkedIn posts to increase reach and promote the brand and current opportunities Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates on the status of their application Effective offer management for all disciplines Regularly updating our internal applicant tracking system with detailed notes and feedback following all interviews Act as the point of contact for recruitment queries and provide support to the wider team Build strong working relationships with all Hiring Managers Facilitate right to work checks for all successful candidates Complete monthly FEC reporting Support with collating information for monthly reporting Attend external recruitment events to support and promote the business and brand Essential Prior experience within a similar role Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality of work Ability to prioritise workload Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative Confident communicator Strong planning and organisational skills Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel What's in it for you?
