Unit Consultancy is expanding, and we are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Business Advisor. Ideally, you will have experience in business development, sales, and the Health & Social Care industry. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our business development function and play a vital role in driving our company’s growth.
The Business Advisor will be reporting directly to the director of Unit Consultancy - our partner business, you will be joining a small, close working team that then works with Care Agency Media on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
* Engaging with potential clients to promote our products and services.
* Identifying and converting leads into long-term business relationships.
* Researching and targeting sectors within the Health & Social Care industry.
* Conducting client meetings (virtual or face-to-face) to present quotes and solutions.
* Effectively handling objections and addressing queries to close sales.
* Building and nurturing client relationships for long-term success.
* Supporting senior consultants with client information and administrative tasks.
* Meeting KPIs and targets to drive personal and company growth.
* Attending industry-related networking and promotional events.
* Providing ad-hoc support as required by the business.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional with:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
* Knowledge and understanding of the Health & Social Care industry.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
* Confidence in identifying opportunities and converting them into business success.
* Resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Background in Telesales would be advantageous
* Degree / Equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business or similar would be advantageous
If successful, you will receive:

£25,200.00 - £37,500.00 p/a.
