We are an established Auction House based in central London (W1W), looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team The main task will be to pack carefully various antiques and ancient objects .

The role requires packing, processing orders as well as printing and preparing relevant documentation for each item (invoices, certificates of authenticity, etc.).
On the daily basis, you will be required to check messages from different clients and take notes of their requests or inquiries.
All processes are standardized and we offer training.
A genuine interest in Art and History and previous experience from an Auction house is a big plus for this position.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of antiques, art, or auction processes is a big plus but not required.
Physical capability to handle and move objects of varying sizes and weights safely.
Proficiency with computers and basic software applications for inventory tracking and communication.
Excellent English and communication skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities Packing & Shipping:
- Carefully pack, label, and prepare antiquities and collectibles for shipment to ensure safe transit.
- Coordinate with shipping companies and adhere to best practices in packaging delicate and high-value items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with logistics planning.
Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide clients with information about ongoing and upcoming sales, shipping details, and general auction procedures.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
Collaboration & Assistance:
- Work closely with our Sales team and curators to ensure smooth processing of orders and client requests.
- Support with inventory checks and stockroom organisation.
