Job Title: Compliance Administrator

As a Compliance Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Compliance Manager in ensuring that a diverse range of hygiene and product solutions meet legal and regulatory obligations across the UK, EU, US, and global markets. From regulatory documentation and SDS creation to label proofing and sustainability submissions, your work will help ensure that the business remains ahead of evolving global legislation.
What You'll Be Doing:
Label Compliance & SDS Management
* Support with labelling compliance under GB/EU CLP, OSHA, and GHS standards
* Proofread product labels to ensure alignment with their SDSs
* Create and update SDSs using Formpak software
* Assign UFI numbers and prepare i6Z files for EU Poison Centre notifications
* Track SDS updates using Wrike
Documentation & Regulatory Support
* Maintain key compliance documents (e.g. ISO certificates, CoAs, CoCs, CE, UKCA)
* Assist in sustainability applications (carbon footprint, plastic tax)
* Monitor emerging legislation (REACH, RoHS, CE, FCC, Prop 65, etc.)
* Use platforms like Helix and ECHA for regulatory research
* Communicate directly with manufacturing partners to source or verify documentation
Internal & Customer Support
* Respond to internal queries and assist Customer Support with documentation requests
* Draft declarations and support the Compliance Manager with technical reviews
What You’ll Need:
* Meticulous attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
* Comfortable learning and using new software platforms
* Some knowledge of regulatory frameworks (REACH, GHS, OSHA, CLP) is a plus
* Experience with SDS platforms like Formpak is advantageous
