We have an incredible opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Partnerships Team here at BRE! In this role, you will be responsible for market and sector engagement, performing account management activities for both current and prospective clients, who are key influencers of BRE’s brands, including BREEAM.

Your role at BRE
You will play a crucial role in building and nurturing meaningful relationships with BRE’s key clients, all while actively monitoring performance and passionately supporting the international growth of the BRE brand.
Various additional duties will include:
* Providing clients with product and service updates on a regular basis through effective information exchange.
* Key point of contact for client enquiries, first line contact and fielding queries to relevant BREEAM departments and agents.
* Preparing regular reports and analysis on financial and other performance indicators for the senior management team.
* Coordinating the cost proposals and invoicing schedules – ensuring that all records regarding proposals and invoices are accurate and kept up to date.
* Providing support to the Business Development and Operations Teams. Liaising with members of these teams to process applications, proposals and raise invoices.
* Assist in keeping internal procedures, guidance documents and FAQs up to date to adhere with our accreditation standards and operations procedures.
* On occasion, assisting with marketing and sales initiatives by representing BRE in relevant UK and International forums.
* Supporting internal teams in developing and formalising relationships with clients to promote and grow BRE internationally.
Your profile
Essential

* Strong attention to detail
* A proactive mindset, taking initiative to recommend solutions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Effective time management skills with an ability to work without supervision
* Good presentation skills
* IT literate and extensive knowledge of MS Excel etc
Desirable
* Experience or knowledge of the built environment or construction industry
* Experience or knowledge of CRM systems
* Proven experience and track record in a similar role
* Knowledge of the BREEAM and BRE business
