Job overview
This is an ideal role for a pharmacist wanting to work in a dynamic leading edge specialty - Respiratory Medicine. The respiratory department is an excellent research renowned Tertiary Centre and this role would enable you to deepen your clinical knowledge and skills and develop leadership skills in working with a very motivated wider multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will:
* Become an expert in Respiratory Pharmacy with a focus on ILD.
* Respiratory medicine will include COPD, Interstitial Lung disease and pleural medicine as well as severe asthma.
* You will be responsible for delivering our ILD to provide excellent patient care.
* To be a key role in the Respiratory Pharmacy team and wider multidisciplinary team.
* To demonstrate Trust values and professionalism in all day to day work and communications.

Technical Skills
* Working knowledge of Office 365 applications
* Experience using Electronic prescribing systems
Qualifications
* MPharm in pharmacy or equivalent
* Registered as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Certificate in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience
* Post Graduate Diploma/MSc or equivalent experience
* Experience in respiratory
Experience
* Direct patient care
* Working with other healthcare professionals
* Quality improvement, service evaluation or audit
* Mentoring and training others in a healthcare setting
* Hospital experience in more than one setting or clinical area
