As a Senior College Services Advisor initially you will be focused on immigration compliance functions, you will lead, or support activities related to the following: Creating student attendance data reports to monitor student attendance. Communicating student attendance warnings. Creating Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) for students. UKVI Reporting and Basic Compliance Assessment. Assist with the planning and delivery of a programme of internal audits, in preparation for a full UKVI audit. Assist the College Services Manager with compliance training needs for the wider team. Ensuring compliant record management. Processing student deferrals and withdrawals. What you’ll bring to the role Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills yourself, and ideally encourage this in others. High level of verbal and written communication skills. Strong interest in working in education and in particular with international students. Experience in supporting the wellbeing and safeguarding of international students. Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel (ideally with an ability to work with formulae, VLOOKUP and pivot tables). Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Willingness to work flexibly. Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals, with some experience of having led activities or teams.
